With this filter disc in AISI304 stainless steel specific for Braumeister BM10 you will no longer need to buy spare parts as it is not made with mesh but with micro-perforated and stretched sheet. You will no longer have the problem of fraying the weft which, in addition to considerably ugly the filter, makes it difficult to clean with the risk of even pinching your fingers.

Obtained by shearing a micro-perforated sheet therefore, obviously, the edge cannot be smooth but has tips which, however, being a single piece, do not fray with use. By zooming the image you can see the border

The filter disc with 0.9 holes is slightly smaller than the original.

The filter disk with 1.5 holes is slightly larger than the original

Almost all of them use the filtering disc with 0.9 holes, the most similar to the original, but those who have tried the 1.5 filtering disc do not change it anymore. Pump flow increases, efficiency also increases by 4 points. Very important is the correct grinding with the right amount of flour, this is learned with experience. Obviously some small pieces can escape because the holes are bigger
