Shovel to run a powerful whirlpool in Braumeister BM20 and BM50 effortlessly and quickly, thanks to the fact that fits in theCentral shaft of the Braumeister, without running the risk of going to slam on internal resistances to BM

The body of the blade is made from an AISI 304 stainless tube along 74,5 cm, being open at the apex is easy to clean using a brush. The 3 blades thickness 20/10 stainless steel tig welded AISI 304 90 mm wide are at 120° shaft between them with aspecial shape that does not disturb the bottom and does not cause splashing out.

The shovel is supplied by a food-grade silicone to be inserted before the tree to avoid sliding at the base of the body which supports the Central shaft of the Braumeister can then be posted before the end of the boil to be sanitized.

Once the blade has been inserted, turn the throttle to the desired speed or gradually start the drill keeping the speed constant. When the must has reached the desired peripheral speed, remove the blade keeping the rotation speed stable so as not to frustrate the rotary motion of the must. Thanks to the teardrop shape of the blades, there will be no splashing out.

The shovel must be completed with drill adapter or with crank. Not included to be purchased separately
