Bacbrewing Whirlpool Shovel are designed for separating the thrub from the wort. They allow you to obtain a powerful whirlpool capable of reaching the bottom at low speed, without the risk of the must becoming oxygenated when hot.

The Whirlpool, which can be carried out both with hot wort and after cooling, is achieved by creating a vortex in the boiling pot using a recirculation pump or a Bacbrewing brewer's shovel simply by rotating the wort, always mixing in the same direction.
