BacBrewing presents its approach to bottling, designed to make this stage of the process a pleasure. Isobaric bottling using inexpensive rods is a nightmare, especially for those bottling into standard 500ml bottles. With a production run of just 50 litres, this involves repeating the saturation, bottling and venting operations manually 100 times. With BacBrewing’s isobaric bottling machine, all you need to do is insert the bottle and press start. Everything is managed automatically by the computer via the HMI touchscreen control panel.
