The product consists of

-Main disc diameter 675mm thickness 5mm laser cut

-Filtering disc large mesh aisi version 1.5x1.5mm

-A 5 mm thick FDA silicone washer to be inserted into the central shaft of the BM to keep the filter disc and structure disc adherent

Given its considerable size, its surface finish is matt (f1) and not mirror polished

All the products on sale are tested internally at BacBrewing but we also like to have the products tested externally by customers to find out if the product works, if it can be improved etc. therefore for this type of product I relied on the experience of a customer who has been using Braumeister for years.

The following table is the result of a test made on a Braumeister BM50

As you can see from the chart 16kg of malt have been used (BM50), so the 23% more than the standard malt-pipe capacity (13kg). The same percentage can be obtained  with the BM20 from 6 to 7,4kg The percentage of increase yield is 23% also with regard to the version BM10
