Cockpit for probes

Optimize your craft beer, wine, cider or kombucha production system with BacBrewing's regular or pressor wells, made of stainless steel.

All the wells, produced in Italy, are equipped with two grooves that allow tightening using a 17 or 19 mm wrench without twisting the gasket.

BacBrewing wells can be used to put probes in direct contact with the liquid during mash or sparging, making the probe telescopic. This allows you to measure the actual fermentation temperature, inside the fermenter itself, allowing greater precision in the brewing process, both at home and in craft brewery systems.
