Presser cockpit for 8 mm diameter probes with 1/2 "BSP thread

Built in a single piece, obtained from a solid Aisi 316 stainless steel.

With this press it is possible to insert a probe with a 8 mm stem in direct contact with the flow of the must in a 1/2 "tee or in tees of other sizes, adding the right reduction. Once the probe is inserted so that the tip is at the center of the flow it is enough to tighten the presser and the seal is guaranteed.

It is provided with two grooves to screw it using a 25mm wrench, the same one used for GPL cylinders.

The presser must be screwed in until it feels that it is resting on the gasket, at this point tighten the presser by half a turn, pressing the gasket too tightly as well as being useless for watertightness is detrimental to the gasket that is ruined.

Monobloc central body obtained from a solid aisi 316 stainless steel, 1/4 "presser, gasket and washer, gasket and spare washer.

The Tee and the photo probe are not provided, they are just to understand their use
