Cockpit for 6mm probes

Cockpit for 6mm diameter probes. The central body with metric thread m20x1.5 is obtained from a solid stainless steel aisi316L. The 8mm external diameter tube with a 6.8mm internal diameter is made of extruder without any sign of external or internal union. The end is closed by tig welding a stainless steel disk. All welds are performed in argon tig. It is supplied electrowelded, electropolished and passivated by immersion. It is also tested at a pressure of 9 bar. Supplied complete with a FDA -60 + 200 certified food-grade silicone gasket, a second gasket, a washer and a shaped M20x1.5 locknut For its assembly a hole with a minimum diameter of 20 mm maximum and 25 mm is required. The gasket must be placed between the central body and the inner wall of the vat. Outside the washer must be mounted and the whole thing tightened without making too much force through the locknut. The length of the pit is considered as the length of the stem between the tip and the inner wall of the pot.

ATTENTION if used in conjunction with BacBrewing probes, these must be purchased with a length of at least 10 cm. Example: With a 20 cm well, a 30 cm BacBrewing probe is needed, being built with the fold.
