Description

With this kit, you can use the bottling machine in vacuum mode

Comes complete with

  • Universal socket and waterproof enclosure, containing a 24 VDC low-voltage-controlled relay that cuts off both the live and neutral wires, and an RC filter to protect against electrical interference
  • Cable with 6-pin connector
  • Kit of pipes for connection to the vent duct
  • Solenoid valve/pump connection pipe, 4mm internal diameter, 8mm external diameter
  • Mounting bracket with hammer-head screws
  • 24VDC solenoid valve with mounting bracket, inlet/outlet fittings and brass filter

Once you have selected vacuum pump mode, simply set the target negative pressure inside the bottle and specify the number of vacuum cycles. Once you click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next page, you will be asked to select the pump’s operating mode.

-Pulsed cycle: The pump and solenoid valve switch on at the start of each vacuum cycle. If you have selected 3 saturation cycles, the pump and solenoid valve will switch on 3 times

-Always on: The pump switches on at the start of the first saturation cycle and switches off at the end of the last saturation cycle, whilst the solenoid valve switches on and off separately.

Operating cycle

The pump and solenoid valve switch on; once the set negative pressure is reached, they switch off.

The CO₂ channel opens; once the set saturation pressure is reached, it closes.

The vacuum pump and solenoid valve switch on for the next vacuum and saturation cycle, repeating this process for the set number of cycles.

The kit includes all necessary parts; the vacuum pump is not supplied.
