NEW VERSION complete with a vent screw in case the internal pressure is too high with risk of bottle explosion. By simply unscrewing it you can release the pressure to avoid explosions

With the aphrometer it is possible to monitor the internal pressure of the bottle during the maturation/fermentation phase of the beer or wine

Simple use, intended for use with 26 or 29mm crown cap bottles. Using a normal mechanical capping machine once the bottle has been plugged using the equipped crown plugs (not supplied, to be bought apart), simply tighten the manometer to the cap. Once the O-ring touches the crown cap, give a half turn to the manometer through the use of a 14mm wrench. The seal is thus guaranteed. Do not use the gauge case to tighten.
