For the Top of the meat, his Majesty the Florentina steak, serves the Top of the grill.

With this specially designed grill it is possible to cook Fiorentina even starting from the position standing on the bone without risk of falling, moreover thanks to the three seats it is possible to rotate and keep it in the center of the brazier for cooking on the sides without having to touch the meat, therefore without the risk of piercing the meat with unsuitable tools with consequent leakage of the precious juices.

Completely built in solid stainless steel, net made up of 3 mm diameter round bars, legs and crosspieces obtained by laser cutting from 4 mm thick stainless steel sheet.

Electro-pickling, electro-galvanic polishing, immersion passivation for more than three hours. These treatments are carried out with components and procedures that comply with ASTM 380-967 USA and the MOCA-EU directive, the most severe directives regarding parts coming into contact with food.

It is supplied disassembled and with instructions for assembly, however very simple.
