With the aphrometer it is possible to monitor the internal pressure of the bottle during the maturation/fermentation phase of the beer, wein, cyder, kombucha.....
Simple use, intended for use with 26 or 29mm crown cap bottles. Using a normal mechanical capping machine once the bottle has been plugged using the equipped crown plugs (not supplied, to be bought apart), simply tighten the manometer to the cap. Once the O-ring touches the crown cap, give a half turn to the manometer through the use of a 14mm wrench. The seal is thus guaranteed. Do not use the gauge case to tighten.
