NEW model Aphrometer or as it is best known, pressure gauge bottle crown 26 or 29 mm
To protect against bottle bursts, this aphrometer is equipped with a vent screw for any overpressure problems, by unscrewing it slightly the pressure will be lowered without having to remove the aphrometer
With the aphrometer it is possible to monitor the internal pressure of the bottle during the maturation/fermentation phase of the beer, cider, wine, Kombucha.....
Simple use, intended for use with 26 or 29mm crown cap bottles. Using a normal mechanical capping machine once the bottle has been plugged using the equipped crown plugs (not supplied, to be bought apart), simply tighten the manometer to the cap. Once the O-ring touches the crown cap, give a half turn to the manometer through the use of a 14mm wrench. The seal is thus guaranteed. Do not use the gauge case to tighten.
Manometer with painted metal case 50mm diameter, range 0-10 bar, complete with pre-assembled brass connection, ready to use, silicone O-rings for food.
Equipped crown caps 26 mm and equipped crown caps 29 mm diameter not included, to be purchased apart from

Buon prodotto, mancano indicazioni precise su come usarlo.
